Shipping + Returns + item care
 

SHIPPING:  Please allow 2 weeks for your item(s) to ship. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. All of our items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.  Shipping prices are included in checkout.  Each item is carefully wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrap.  We have yet to have one of our items break in transportation.

RETURNS:  All sales are final.  Returns only valid if item arrives to buyer damaged and un-repairable.  If the item arrives un-repairable and photo evidence is provided to Creations by L & B, a new item will be promptly sent after being made.  If the item is repairable, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the package back to Creations by L & B within 2 weeks of item delivery.  The item will then be repaired and re-mailed to buyer.  

ITEM CARE: In order to prevent accidental damage to your new purchase, please keep in mind the following instructions.  When cleaning shell/sanded surfaces, only use a soft bristled vacuum brush to dust.  Do not get wet or wipe with wet paper towels/sponges/etc. Do not submerge.  As always, email us with specific instructions or concerns!
